Your Charlie sounds more like a puppy rather than a finch!!! Lol!!! Sadly...all Lil Joe came up with was "Charlie Brown!!!" Lol! I tried talking him into "Charlie Bird," "Charlie Finch," "Charlie Feathers," etc...but he's sticking with Charlie Brown

Anyway, I think Charlie will settle in over time...and sadly he will never be like your sweet Shadow, but he'll steal your heart in his own way. I still miss my "Hershey Kisses"...I swear that bird was more parrot than finch
. I don't think there will ever be another that will come close to my sweet Hershey...
