Son of a biatch...

Sometime last night, our quarantine cage got knocked over and the saddleback pied either escaped OR... a fecking cat took him.

The little female we had in the cage with him was still in there this morning despite the door being open.

Our Finches and our poodle supply me with an never ending amount of therapy for my stress related depression. Sitting there, throwing the ball for the dog while watching the finches is the best thing ever.

That's so awful! That kind of stuff really stinks, like when my son's snake escaped it's cage and strangled one of my young society finches.
