Woohoo!

Post by Mozelle » Wed Aug 04, 2010 9:01 pm

Just had to share.... :)

I got laid off from my vet clinic job about 5 weeks ago: frustrated/angry - all the things that go along with that.
But I Did get a new job...
at another vet clinic.
Started yesterday.

And here's the Kicker...
one of the vets there treats birds when necessary...
but is actually Breeding some himself!!

All the knowledge I could hope for.. access to meds/treatments...
foods....
Feel a little like I hit the jackpot :)

Congratulations on the super new job (and 'contact'). =D>

Hope you don't mind - I'm going to move this thread into the "Finch Chat" area since I don't see any questions in here. 8)

Congratulations!! Like Bill said, sometimes bad things happen for the better... :-) =D> =D> =D>

(And you're actually lucky to have found something relatively quickly. I was out of a job last year for 8 months!!)
Walk-in aviary with Waxbills (6 Cordon Bleu, 3 Orange Cheek, 3 Black-rumped, 1 Lavender, ), 1 European Goldfinch, 4 Gouldians, 2 Spice Finches, 6 Owl Finches, 4 Budgies and 2 male Button Quail.
I also have 2 parrotlets, 3 dogs, 1 snake and 3 freshwater fishtanks.

Thanks everyone :)

The better part is simply what I learn I can pass long here! Although many of you clearly already have a LOT of experience already :)

Sorry 'bout the misplaced post - wasn't sure where it should go

Have a great day everyone!
