A couple of my Zebs mating a couple times :roll: No nests or anything in the cage.

with zebras nests are not always copulsary as they will mate regardless of nest or not!i think they are pretty much like humans in that respect :lol:

lol True, I just thought it was kind of funny! First time I've ever seen it and kind of couldn't believe my eyes.

Well maybe she'll lay them while she's on a perch and they'll fall to the ground as this is what happened to one of my newer females the day after we brought her home.

Otherwise...perhaps I'll have chicks in a food dish! :roll:

Kenny, I love it! I had a cage with a pair of goulds on a table, and a friend told me they'd never mate while on a table. "Would YOU mate on a table?" she asked me. Well, looking back...... :wink:

I'll have to chime in on that as well :wink:

Anyhow, well yesterday I found a bird shop who would take my babies, so the pairs are in divided cages and have nests now. They seem MUCH more happier than being in the large community cage.
