I am really new to the whole finch breeding thing....as a matter of fact my two have never had any eggs but ..... I think you should repost this question under breeding. It could possibly be that she is egg bound and she could die from this soooo post over there as well and hope to get some help. In the mean time go to the top and click under egg bound and read what others have posted to see if any of it helps.

Finches aren't ever pregnant... have you seen them mate? When did they build the nest? Sometimes, it will take them awhile, especially if they're young.
I would make sure you have a cuttlebone and if you are really worried you could drop some calcium supplement onto her beak, or put into her water. I bought mine online... they also have a product called calciboost which is pretty good. Also, make sure you are feeding plenty of eggfood!
