Again thanks for the help and support, today we have a huge turn for the better, she is sleeping in the nest.

I will keep all up and running till the young ones are out.

The person I originally bought my birds from - a breeder gave me no support at all, never answered mails or sms/s so I owe all my education to this forum. What I know today is because of this forum.

IMO, one of the main goals of this forum is to help those who are new to the hobby. We were all there once, I wish I could have had some help when I had finches for the first time. I feel that those with experience have an obligation to help others get started with this hobby so it will continue to grow.

Long ago, I realized that a large percentage of pet owners provided sub-par care for their animals purely as a result of ignorance or lack of knowledge.
So I set out to share my knowledge via articles and websites, on forums, etc.
It also makes me feel better knowing my experiences aren't in vain; even the illnesses and bad situations can lead to something good when I write about it and share my experiences and knowledge! So everybody wins!

I've learned so much here on the Finch Forum. It really is a treasure trove!
And it's always wonderful to connect with others who love animals as much as I do!

Going to gym now, and when I get back today will see whats new thanks all. G
