New additions!

So, I saw this adorable little penguin zebra finch boy at a private owned bird store yesterday, and couldn't resist. I think this mutation is the sweetest looking one ever, with the little white face. The downside is I read that the chest bars are a fault, and aren't supposed to be there on penguins. Oops, but oh well, I think he's gorgeous. I mean look at him!

Is there a reason he has the chest bars though, like carrying another mutation? I'm pretty sure he's carrying CFW, 1. because of the wing lacing, and 2....
Because at the same time, I picked up another female CFW to pair with him for the time being, so he wouldn't be alone. Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking at the time, and since they were at the same store I'm 99% sure they are related. Their little voices are exactly the same (but oh so cute!!!). D'oh! So sadly, she'll probably be finding a new home with my mother-in-law, when I find a better mate for my penguin.
But first I have a question about her as well. Her tear markings are very thin and hard to see, as well as her tail bars. Is there a reason for this (like carrying penguin), or is it common?

In other news... I finally caved, and we brought our beloved Senegal home! You know when you leave a place almost in tears, afraid someone will get her before you (even when she'd been there a long time), she was meant for you! Meet Nyota!
I've been told she's 1 in 500 among Senegals; the sweetest little bird ever who will step up for anyone and give kisses/get scritches.
