Hi Folks.
Trying to take pictures of other birds, I ended up with some cute shots of pretties that are usually camera shy. It's almost as if they know when your trying to take their pictures, they hide, and when your not, they have to look into the camera. Tell me what you think.

What are the red birds called?

I'm very interested in their song and also the song of Gouldians never heard it before.

Opie, had just had his missadventure of 'making a break for it' and just happened to be glancing in the direction of the doughnuts (which happen to be my son's, uhemmmm)

Hi.
The tiny reds, are my two Redbill Fire Finches. I am hoping to get two girls for them in the New Year. They are lovely little birds, but not real singers to speak of.

The Gouldian male, does sing, but it is a very quiet, lisping little song.

You could google their sounds and songs, and it would give you an idea.
