Made a mix for them, carrots, zucchini, celery, spinach, and brown rice. Ferb really liked brown rice, and was stuffing his face. Rice all over his beak.

I haven't tried rice with my kids yet. If your guys like it, maybe mine will too. Should give it a try.

When it comes to eating, my little feathered friends, all eat like little piggies. There is food all over their faces, all over the flight/cage bars, all over floor and walls. In comparison, Ferb looks like a well mannered gentlemen (bird) lol.

The rice is great, they really like it. Just a warning, make sure the rice is really moist, because when Ferb was stuffing his face, the rice didn't go down as easlily as it should.

It's fun to watch them eat, funny at times, especially yesterday.

It's so funny I just bought white rice to have as a back up soft food for my birds (in case i had trouble with eggs and such) I haven't cooked it up for them yet, but I do plan on trying it. Love the pic by the way!!!
