New baby on the block

Here is my new addition to our family.
This was my husband's idea, but she is a doll. Her name is Trixie.
She is four months old and weighs in at two and a half pounds.

She is adorable! There is a sign on a post near us, "miniature dachsunds for sale" and my daughter keeps saying, Lets just go see them....yeah right...like I could walk away from a puppy as adorable as the one in your photo!

Tooo cute! Makes me want a little one I can pick up and carry around. My two weigh 75 and 50 lbs, so definitely not lap dogs.
