When I have the time I will lay in bed and watch my birds for awhile to see what they have been doing.
Today my baby Zebra is learning to sing from his daddy. Its much quieter then dads but he's definately got the notes down right. Good boy!
It's so cute the way the dad spends time with baby. He taught him how to fly and find food. The mom does a little but she really doesn't seem to have that much interest. Just wants to have more babies.
A chip off the ol block.

yes, there is nothing like watching a baby finch learn. And it is really sweet when they start trying to sing.
Enjoy!!

Most of my baby male zebras have started to try and sing. Today they had there first bath an it was so funny seeing them trying to jump up on the branches. They were so soaked they couldnt jump up high enough to reach the branches that were only a couple inches off the ground. It took about 15 minutes before they were able to fly again.
