Hidden are the far than less birdlike ways of keeping birds. Which is the motor of it all - people wanting to have and other people wanting to sell.

When I say 'market' I mean buyers, as in supply and demand, no demand, then no need for supply, or suppliers. If people didn't buy these smuggled birds, then there would be no profit in smuggling them, right?
