Hello Fellow Finchers,

I went grocery shopping today, and found loads of beautiful fruit.... I found bananas, apples, kiwis, cordon bleus, grapes, grapefruit, lemons, pineapple, oranges, tangerines..... YUM!!!

As I mentioned to Christo, how could I possibly resist ?

They were there in my Pet Shop, I was there in the Pet Shop..... need I say more ?

Although they are not banded, both have black tips on their beaks, so they are young.

Beautiful fruit, but no blueberries.....
So when I went to the Pet Shop, and saw these two pretty blue babies, I figured they would be a perfect addition to the mix, lol. Plus, I had a gift card, burning a hole in my pocket

Lovely addition! You know how I am about waxbills, and Cordon Bleus are among my favorites.

They are pretty, eventhough baby girl, looks like she's been plucked a wee bit. Hopefully with good diet, her feathers will come back faily quick.

From what I've read, a black beak indicates youth, so hopefully we may have some younglings at some point .
