A hour of fear

Today I acted so fullishly... I will be wiser now...
My birds were on balcony and I wanted to give them a spray millet, gently opened the cage and I tried to hang on the spray millet when Batman imperceptibly flight out after my forearm! I only felt his claws...
He has been sitting nearby a balcony, on the tree for a while and flight out to the next tree. I was so startled... I've opened windows and went out with my phone, I realised I have a mp4 with their singing. So I have been trying to navigate him. At first he has been flying from one tre to another, but later he has flied on the other side of the block of flats. Once closer once further. He is so fast. At some moment I didn't hear him and I thought he doesn't return... Balbino haven't been calling. He has been eating and drinking and eating... and afterthat it has came to his mind to sing... On hour from Batman's flying out has passed... But I didn't loose hope.
Navigating with mp4 and singing of Balbino went of well and he return on the proper side of the block of flats and then on the tree next to our balcony! I have to add that my neighour's canaries on her balcony also were peeping so loudly it also might help! I returned to flat and I was observing the next step... Batman sat on the cage and started to banter with Balbino. After a while I carefully took the cage and slowly got inside... and closed windows! We were so happy to retreive Batman...
