2nd picture 2 black head one white breast, one lilac( both males ?)

Nice. What color are the parents?

We have a clutch of 4 males and one also is much slower to color. The other three are almost done coloring up.

a_gouldian Dad is red head male purple breast,Mom is black head lilac or purple breast both of course green back.was a nice surprise to see white breast.

@wilkifam I really can't tell unless they do there dance ,the white breast black head does so I know that one is a male.the other two have a long tail feather so that was another way I thought you could tell.If you look at fourth picture you can see his tail feather I know it's hard to tell with pictures because of lighting thanks for your help

I would have been surprised also. I thought one of the parents had to be a white breast in order to get a white breast.

If you're getting White Breast babies, than both parents should be split to White Breast.

With my stupid eyes, lol.... I was looking at your pictures without my glasses, and I saw what I thought was a small bird, and I was going to ask you what it was #-o

Not etched in stone, but I feel I have learned enough from this site to try to take a guess.

You have four babies : I am going to try to guess....

The #2 picture: BH WB - Male........BH PB - Female.
The #4 picture: RH WB - Male

Just a guess but that was fun !!

@lovezebs

picture # 3 small brown perch !!
Betty 1 toy poodle and canary.

lem2bert sounds good to me,lots of different guesses I only know for sure the BH WB is a male he has done his dance quite a few times,no one else yet.
But I'll guess on the rest
This is my guess BH WB male
RH WB male
BH LB not sure but think male
The one with no color is a bully so I think a girl puting her brothers in place

Problem is, half the time I have them on top of my head (glasses) and still can't remember where they are, lol. I tried the chain around the neck thingie....you should have seen my birds looking at me, when I just about hanged myself half in and half out of one of the flights on the silly chain....
