Well.......

Post by FinchLover&Breeder » Sat Dec 16, 2017 1:11 pm

As you all know I recently stated in one of my posts to look at me newest topic. Well here it is.
This morning when I woke up in my own home I went out to my Florida room and checked on my birds and was shocked as to what I found. I will try to attach a poll to see what you think shocked me when I checked. If the poll doesn't work then comment below what you think. after 3 guesses from you guys I will reveal the answer. I will also post pics of the answer when you have commented at least 3 times.

Ok. 3 people have voted and 1 have commented. Here is the correct answer:
This morning I woke up and when I checked on my birds both of the little babies were sitting on a perch outside of the nest. So I had both of them fledged in at least the last couple days. If they let me I'll try to take a picture of them when they are back out of the nest. It's like they don't want their picture taken or be looked at because when I looked at them they started hopping back to the nest. will they still eat meal-worms if provided now?

Fraza
I actually never got the meal-worms to give them. I haven't been back to the shop since then.

@Babs
Alright. Will do.

FinchLover&Breeder

If your Zebras have not been eating mealworms on a regular basis, I highly doubt that thay will suddenly start now, nor will they feed them to their young.

Congratulations on the new fledglings =D> by the way.

First fledgings are always so exciting :YMPARTY: :YMPARTY: :YMPARTY:

I know. I took pics but have yet to upload them.
I'll wait till everyone is grown up to give them some meal-worms then I guess.

I'm also thinking of starting a new long-term hobby this spring of ant keeping. I have the basic setup and the out-world where I'll feed them however I just need the clear plastic tubing to connect the areas, the nest for them to put their eggs in where I can see, test tubes for catching queens, and queen ants that have been bred this upcoming spring. Hope it works out.
