Thanks. He’s a saffron finch. The next two are a pair of firefinches, and the last is a grey singer. All fun!

The Grey, is it pied ?! A male or female or add a mate.
Have ever try to mate a grey to a green, their mulet is a big singer

I don't think it's pied. I think that's how they always look. But what do I know?! :)

Not interested in breeding at this time, but maybe one day. Just want some beautiful singing.

I have a pair of firefinches and I love watching them interact. They're pretty quiet and skiddish though. Mine are sitting on eggs at the moment so the male looks pretty board all day ha.

Beautiful feathered kids.

Keep a close eye on the Saffron.... as I recollect, they can get very aggressive.

Regarding the Grey Singer... Here's a picture of a Grey Singer below. Your bird looks to me like either a pied, or a hybrid of some sort.
