Seems quite quiet at the moment so just wondering who’s got birds breeding or any updates

I have 2 new zebra finches and 2 society. Finches babies that fledged in the last few days and my 2 pair of gouldians have babies that hatched a week ago 4 babiesi one nest and 3 babies in the other first cluch for both pairs excited to see what colors they will be how are things for you ?

That’s great I love the gouldians can’t wait for a pair in the future

And yes things are going good 2 pairs of Java’s have fledged a clutch , same with my large zebs, then my two other zebs have laid eggs one pair to hatch anytime now, got three grey pearl societys hatched and then my opal silver Java’s have just laid another clutch

Have Societies, Gouldians, Bourkes and White fronted Blue Scarlets all on eggs.

I'd post more pictures here, but i'ts such a pain in the butt. I make them as small as my software allows, but sometimes they are still too big to post here.

Nothing particularly new, but my friend said my birds are still doing well and tried to build a nest (which he removed at my request).

The way things are now, I can't guarantee that there won't be inbreeding. I also only have a couple months until I move, which would be cutting it close; I wouldn't feel comfortable moving unweaned fledgelings due to possible abandonment.

Probably not, but I've never traveled with them before, aside from when I brought them back from the store.

Icearstorm yea I’ve moved mine around quite abit then usually from the aviary/petshop they in to a cage then to the aviary then sometimes back to cage
