Icearstorm: Is it alright to give moulting birds egg food? I usually give it to mine, but I do not raise birds. Just thought it was good for the new feather growth.

Absolutely.
Hard boiled eggs are an excellent source of protein for molting birds.

I suppose I should have clarified; when I said once or twice a week except for when they were moulting, I meant that moulting birds should get eggfood more often, not less.
