Hi so everything is going well all birds happy just sadly my large zebra died due to my mistake, but apart from this every time I clean my aviary and remove the fake grass underneath there is slugs and spiders other bugs etc, my aviary is clean it gets washed regular and it’s covered from the top and two sides with plastic sheets so not much rain can get in
So firstly what’s causing them ?
Secondly how can I get rid of them ?

Why do you want to get rid of them? If the bugs crawl up from the floor, the birds might even eat them. I wouldn't worry about it, so long as there isn't anything that is likely to injure your birds or cause an infestation.

Icearstorm I just think it doesn’t look nice and if I’m being honest I’m scared of the spiders haha :! But Yh I guess it is good for the birds

Hey, Fraza, you're providing alfresco dining and it's all organic! It's not a 'problem', it's a 'feature'! lol
