I found a pet store .. don't know any breeders, that have cordon bleus & star finches for sale. The blue's are $105. a pair & the star's are $125. a pair. Does that sound ok? I guess I'd better get busy on my armiore aviary soon!!! I think I read where those 2 breeds do well together. What about if I added a strawberry or owl finch to the mix?

I can only compare to Washington DC prices, but the big petstores here charge about $160-180 per pair for the cbs and $120 for the stars. I bought my stars from a breeder as juveniles for $40 each.

I recently saw CB's in a petstore, in NW Mo., that were priced at $54 each. Can they guarantee they are unrelated?
