Hello: I have a pair of Gouldians two babies hatched and I found one on the bottom of the cage dead. I took it out and there was one baby in the nest. I didn't hear any peeping so I tried got them out of the nest and see two unhated eggs and no baby. I looked all over and cant find it. I have not ripped apart the nest because they are still sitting on the other two eggs. My other Gouldians are wonderful parents and have hatched their babies raising them fine. This pair it is their first time.
My question is where could the other baby I saw have gone?

Not much you can do except to not peek or upset her and let nature take it's course.
good luck with the other 3.
