ISO Gouldians, Owls, Spice and other finches (Central VA)

We are trying to find some YB and BB gouldians as well as owls, spice, or other finches other than zebras, society, and shaft tails in or around Central VA. We have a large aviary and lots of space but just don't have the availability to get gouldians in our area. Thanks
