in ATL this weekend: gouldian/owl finch search

Post by dayhiker » Mon Jun 16, 2014 11:26 am

Does anyone know of any shows or breeders in and around Atlanta? I will be there this weekend for a hiking trip NE Atlanta.
I'm searching for new bloodlines to breed my gouldians and my owl finches. I have purchased some excellent gouldians from Todd but would like another bloodline to pair his birds with.

Looking for:

a pair of owl finches- my pair have bonded, nested but have only yielded lots of infertile eggs...

gouldian finch:
male blue back/pastel blue gouldian finch
male split to blue single factor yellow (red or black head)
female red head split to blue.

BONUS- pair of: black crowned waxbills.

Any recommendations with reasonable prices would be appreciated. I can meet up on sunday...

Thanks!

Ed

Hi Ed,

I just sent you a text message. There will be a show on the second weekend in July in northern ATL. The next one at the airport will be in September.
