seeking close to me owl finch breeders

Ok well I live in North Vernon Indiana (47265)...
I am almost evenly centered between Indianapolis Indiana, Louisville Kentucky and Cincinnati Ohio...
I am looking for someone that breeds Owl Finches in one of these areas or close by...
I am hoping to get a young unrelated pair this fall/winter

So I have never been to a bird fair before... any etiquette I should know off?
Am I allowed to bring in my young finches for sale/trade?

You could if you enrolled as a vendor, but unless you had a bunch of birds, the entry fee probably wouldn't be worth it. Or............. you could just hang around in the parking lot and keep yelling " HEY, Anybody want to buy a couple of birds"? Bob
