Looking for Gouldian's in/around Western NC

I am having an impossible time finding them and would love a couple of pairs. I did have someone offer me males for sale, but would really like a pair or two as I currently do not have any and they are what got me in to wanting finches to begin with! ;)

I just sold 15 gouldians to my friend , I live in wilmington nc . I wish I lived closer so I would be able to sell couple pairs to you for good prices.

Depending on how far you are willing to travel. I am in Charlottesville, VA and we breed most colors of gouldians. Currently we have lots 3 clutches of yellows that are either completely weaned or are getting ready to fledge. We also have a clutch of greens and currently 6 blues/silver birds that were born a week ago. We are planning on re-homing some of our breeding stock as well this year.

I so wish you all were closer, too! Maybe the trick is to make a vacation out of it! ;)

Su Yin (Neversink) sells beautiful Gouldians and she ships too! She is in Plano, Texas. She has shipped birds to me through the airline. Her website is happybirdplace.weebly.com.

asher78 Yeah I have picked up birds on vacation, sometimes it's really worth it. If you ever head up this way we have lots to choose from at this moment. The Pastel male in my picture is actually the dad of a brand new clutch!

GREAT news...I am now the proud owner of 4 Gouldian finches!

I'd been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone that kept advertising them on craigslist. I tried again today...except apparently it's not the same person! 4 hours of driving and I now have 2 pairs of gorgeous Gouldian's, 4 new Society's, a new bird friend and a great experience seeing his fabulous set up!

One happy camper right here!

Madcat I sent you a PM. Yes we have goulds available. Possibly two blues as well as 8-9 yellows, 2 greens, and in a while the 6 babies hatched last week
