His offspring haven't finished coloring; so I don't know about the orange belly yet

There is suspicion that he was fed red factor food during or before his juvenile molt; I was not his owner then. A friend has a brother of this bird & that is what she believes. My bird is now molting, so we'll see if he ends up with a yellower belly.

The original post about these two orange bellied brothers was from 7/14/13 ( search Orange Bellied Gouldians ? ) just after I bought them.
finchandlovebird bought one from me. The brother that I kept has molted to normal Gouldian breast color.
