2 Male Blue Dacnis (dacnis cayana)
Any African Quailfinches (ortygospiza fuscocrissa)

I am in NE Florida. Airport is JAX.

I have never seen them for sale at a 'vendor'. The ones I have, I just got by chance - they were from finch keepers that somehow got them in a shipment, and didn't really have the facilities to care for them. They are bottom dwellers, and cannot live on wire.
I have a pair, but I think they are both pretty old. The hen laid 2 eggs, that were not fertile.

I haven't seen any Quail finches in a long time. Have you checked with Frank Tromp for the Dacnis?

Perhaps contact Jan Door and see who she imported her Dacnis from before her retirement. Maybe she could point you in the right direction.
