Looking for Forbes parrot, cordon bleu, fire finches

I'm having a hard time finding these birds in my area. Does anyone have Forbes parrot, cordon bleu blue cap or blue chest, or fire finches for sale? I am looking for males.
I have family traveling from western FL to Wilmington, NC soon so they could pick up for me.
