ISO: Owl Finches in Central Texas

Post by gnash » Fri Apr 29, 2016 4:55 pm

Good afternoon! I am looking for a pair (or two) of owl finches in Central Texas. I have called all over and have not had any luck. We are not able to make the show in Cleburne next week, and we didnt see any at the Temple show by the time we got there.

Thanks!

Too bad you can't make the mart in Cleburne, there probably will be some there. Colt do you have any Owls? I was at Temple in the afternoon, there actually was one vendor from the Houston area who had some.

Welcome to the forum! There's lots of good reading at www.finchinfo.com, where you will find many articles on finch care. If you put your general location in your profile, it makes it easier to answer locale-specific questions later on.

We were there pretty late, so we may have missed them. We'll try for the cleburne show, but we already had two major commitments on that weekend. Thanks for the pointers!
