Don't get me wrong Fraza as in all of those years it's most certainly had its ups and downs ](*,)

And other times it's been completely :-SS and totally :-O

As each year goes by we seem to gain more experience and I have some very proud memories of breeding results and aswell as the many attended exhibition and judging events attended, along with the many worldwide freinds that I've made over the years,
Somethings that I wouldn't change for the world :-BD

Me birds are in the moult at the moment Fraza and obviously won't look at there best, I've only got a very basic phone and the picture quality is absolute c##p

I've got quality Nickon cameras with flash guns but won't use flash guns in with me birds at the moment, when me birds are moulting I tend to leave em be as it can be a very stressful time of the year for most birds and I only tend to attend to the birds when need be and tend to keep out of me other birdroom as much as possible until they've moulted out,

However I will definitely put up some pics of me birds later on some time when the birds look a little better to look at :-BD

Zebras generally tend to moult little but often if you get me jist, IE they can moult every few months throughout the course of the year and is one of the few birds that I know of to do this,

Generally if one would breed there birds throughout the summer months then most birds should be moults now,

To be honest though Fraza I would of thought that yet zebras and bengalese should be moulting about now

Wow, they are some high prices, but not being indigenous to your respective countries, I guess that's why so high...'exotics' here are expensive...
our Cockatiels were $20 each for 2 x Lutinoes, from breeder...
and $7 for the pearls and white faces, from breeder

Zebras are around $3 - $5, from a breeder and pet shop

Rosella was $80 with his cage, from private sale

Rosa Bourkes $20, from breeder

Budgerigars range from $10 - $25

Birds are in pretty high demand here tho which is why the prices aren't exactly "cheap"

Flight Feathers...sorry took so long in answering.

Gouldians are $25...they are cheap, probably due to a lot of them being endemic to my country.

I'm in the Montreal greater area in Quebec, Canada... I just got a pair (hen and cock, unrelated) of yellow-faced star finches for 75$ from a private sale... this is actually cheap around here, last time I saw stars in a pet shop they were more expensive than that EACH bird. Pet stores sell zebras for about 20$, societies 40$, gouldians 120$ (not pairs, each bird! yup, very expensive). Private sellers generally sell zebras for around 5-10$, societies 10-15$, gouldians 60-80$. Rarer gouldian mutations may be sold for a higher price.
