For sale - Available between April 15 & May 1st

3 society finches

1 male medium brown and white, crested
He May be about a year old, he didn't sing much last yr and his song seemed to still be developing. He now has a full song and has been singing daily for past few weeks.

2 females - 1 very dark brown and white, 1 black and white
About 2 yrs old or older

None have ever had nests nor baby birds

2 females likely sisters. Really close. All 3 get along very well.
Would prefer they go together.

$25 for all 3
Or $30 for 2 females together
$15 for male alone

Cage will be discussed in second post below

If ur serious about wanting them but willing to wait until late April or early May.
Don't want to wait until then since may not find someone right away.

3 cages - sold separate from birds

64" long x 21" wide
Which is cage societies in currently
They love their flying space.
It has a divider
I tried using divider to reduce cleaning but they looked so unhappy I gave them their full cage space back.

Cage $275 or best Reasonable offer

2nd cage - 63" x 19"
Had been used for parakeets

3rd cage - small green cage
$50 or best Reasonable offer

Large cages must be picked up in person.

Birds may be able to be transported between Modesto/Stockton and Fresno.

Will place ad on craigslist in April

Prefer to sell here to someone who loves and knows birds if possible.

Does anyone know of any other Good bird sites to post this to?
Mainly for the Society Finches, so they can get a good home
(Cages can go on craigslist but prefer not to sell live birds on craigslist)

If there is a bird fair/mart in the Central Valley, California
I could maybe transport them if someone attending was seriously interested in them.
Prefer April or May but if really good home open to maybe sooner to sell them.

at this time I'll keep the cages. Eventually 1 of the large cages most go since taking up a lot of room and I can only manage 1 cage of birds to clean.
There r things about each cage that I do and don't like. If no birds then no decision needed but since keeping them will wait and see which turn out to be best.
