Sarasota, FL bird expo Nov 2

Has anyone been to the Sarasota, Fl bird Expo? It's on Nov 2 this year.

I will be in the area that weekend and wondering if it would be worth the extra trip? I'm not really in the market to add any birds to my flock unless I come across some really nice yellow Gouldians.

It is a very small show, I use to be a vendor there but have not done the show in some time. We have had a series of shows every weekend or every other weekend so often the selection is not readily available. If you do go there are a few large brokers, some may or may not have gouldians. I personally try to find a good breeder in the area to buy from.

Agreed. It is fairly small. But I enjoyed it.
I live an hour south in the Ft Myers area and I made the trip. It was worthwhile to me.

Ok, thanks guys for your input! I may skip this one just due to the extra drive it would mean. I sure wish I had been able to make it to the Orlando one that just happened.
