I'll get all of these posted on the calendar, but it may not be for a couple of weeks--busy time for all!

I'm going to try to make a few changes to how I post events on the calendar. There is still just room for the location in the title line, and this is what shows up on the calendar. Rather than post specific times for each event on the calendar itself, I simply mark these as all-day events. Time of each event, when known, will be posted in the information section for each event. I will start with the rest of the May events, and then add the others as I find time.

When you see a location posted on the calendar, simply click on that city to get more information. The first thing you will see after the location and the date is whether it is a SHOW, a MART, a SHOW w/BIRD SALES, or a SHOW and MART. I will try to make this as accurate as possible, so members will know what type event it is. On a few events, I have little to no information, so then I will not state whether it is a MART, etc.

After that, there will be as much information as I have on the event, sometimes it is not much at all. When possible, I will include a website, so that further information can be found there. In the past, I usually have posted only marts/fairs, but I would like to include more shows. I will list shows that are finch and/or canary or all-bird, but I will not list shows that are only for parrots, lovebirds, cockatiels, or budgerigars, there simply is not enough time to research all of those.

If anyone has any suggestions to make the calendar more user friendly or more informative, please post here or PM me.

I have just finished posting all the events that I know about for the rest of the year. If I have missed any, please let me know by posting in this thread. Several websites that were my sources for show/mart information are no longer available.
