Re: safe in winter
Think this out carefully...is it big enough? The 'spacious' shed section is 6x4
Access is from an interior door...very sensible...but the outer door, window and interior door arrowed will take up nearly half of the shed space. This will only leave you about 3x4 for the inside flight. You mention cages...there won't be much room for them.
I don't want to be negative, but wherever you have windows and doors this produces dead space that cant be used.

I think you may regret not getting something a little larger.

Re: safe in winter
That style of aviary is my choice too because of our lousy winters...but you have to consider the size of the shed section...as I said the door and window space restricts the space indoors. It's down to you on the size,it depends how much space you have, what room you require and of course what you can afford.
You will need sufficient space inside for the birds during bad winter nights.
All I'm suggesting is you give it some thought before you buy, only you know what space you will need.
Personally I would draw a sketch of what you require and contact several shed companies near where you live.
Let's face it that one you have picked is just a pent roof shed that has been altered. It will be cheaper if you wire mesh the shed yourself to keep costs down.Just find somebody that can supply you with a pent shed altered to your sketch...it shouldn't cost more as it takes no more materials.
If you're planning to have the access door to the aviary from the shed I suggest you tell them a two foot door will be sufficient, otherwise they will likely fit a full size outside door which will take a lot of space.
Even with my aviary I had to consider the winter quarters...
I was only able to construct a flight about half the size of the interior..
