Suggestions on feeding cups that are shallow

Hello! As a staple diet, I feed my finch Harrison's High Potency/Adult Lifetime Super Fine (pellet form food). Because I only own two finch at the moment, I don't need to put very much in their dish. However, the dish is 2 inches deep, so I end up having to put more food in the dish than is necessary in order to keep the finch from straining their necks trying to get to the food.

I was wondering if any of you know a brand or a specific dish that would be applicable in this situation - a feeding dish that is shallow so that the food is more easily accessible. I've attached an image of a dish I found here on the website, though I cannot remember who this image belongs to for the life of me, or I would ask them where they bought that particular dish!! Thank you all so much in advance!!

I get small ramikins from the grocery store.
The only thing is you put it on the cage floor, rather than on the cage side.
The problem with shallow dishes is, when the bird flicks its beak, it will throw the food out of the dish.

I use these for dried greens and pellets that I offer as a supplement to seed and fresh foods.

Also the seed hoppers are wonderful. I even use them in my cages of just one pair. Since the seed is dispensed as necessary, the rest stays clean. The area around my cages stays MUCH cleaner too!

If you are looking for shallow dishes for seed I use plastic plant dishes from Home Depot or Lowe's.
