Thanks! The whole purpose of this thread was just to show everyone that building a cage or aviary can be very simple. I happened to have some power tools that helped but really, the only thing they did was allow me to wing it a lot more than I should have. In all honesty, if you have a plan in place, any Home Depot or Lowes can cut your wood to size and you just go home an assemble it. I don't have a truck or a hatchback, just a sedan car, so it didn't even need a special vehicle to carry the wood.
My inspiration for building this cage was a youtube video I saw of a young English lady building a bird cage out of mesh, strips of wood, and a hand saw. It didn't look too bad. I thought to myself, "I can do that."
If I were to do it again, I would build a larger cage or aviary to make it worth the time and money. I could have purchased a 60" commercial double flight for the same money. It would have been narrower but probably prettier and easier to store.

It came out beautiful
Maybe check the web for the hinge size you need. The screws don't bother me one bit. Maybe next time you can sink the screws further and use cut pieces of a wood dowel as pegs. That would be extra work, but very beautiful. I'm sure your birds are going to love all of that space!

I think I'm going to give this cage away. See the Marketplace ad.
