Lighting for my new aviary

I am planning for two more aviaries, but unlike the previous one, these will be indoors. I have arranged everything except the lights. In India, it is extremely difficult to get avian lights. I found only one online supplier. Here is the link: http://www.viva-lite.in/full-spectrum-d ... es-t8.html. Please check the description and advise whether it can be used or not. My room has a dimension of 14'x12'x10'(height). Two aviaries will be created in it. How many tube lights I should install? Should I install a black light also? If yes, is the following perfect for my room: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/india-b ... 2302#prdsc. How many of this I should install.

While that bulb meets the range required how many you will need will depend on if you are trying to give them Vitamin D with the lights or just satisfying their visual need for full spectrum.
