Went to Lowe's this afternoon and saw some wood labeled as "top choice whitewood". It's the least expensive wood I could find in the store and was wondering if I could use this wood to build my flight cage.
Ive read that White Cedar is hazardous for birds but I can't find any info on this particular wood. The 1x2x6' is much sturdier than the ones made from pine or poplar. Some of the wood made of pine that I have kind of curves in the middle. THe white wood is much stiffer and less flexible. Anyone?
Anyone hear of White Wood?(To use for flight cage)
