Babies
I have noticed my first zebra baby in the nest and wondered what likely colours I will get. Will they resemble the parents or is it more complicated than that. When will I be able to distinguish the sexes and is it to do with colour or behaviour or both? Exciting times.
1 cat, 1 cockatiel, 3 canaries, 9 zebra finches, 1 kakariki

I am quite hopeless with genetics, but did want to congratulate you on your new baby.
You should be able to tell the difference between the sexes in Zebras, once they molt into adult colours.
