How many pairs of Gouldian finches will fit?

I have an aviary that is 9 ft wide by 3 ft deep and its 7 ft tall. How many pairs of Gouldians would fit comfortably in this Aviary?

If there are only gouldians probably about 7 or 8 pair. Be sure that there are places to hide and get away from others. Nests may change things if you have an aggressive pair. You'll have to watch and see how they get along, each bird is an individual and may or may not get along well with others.
