Nice and comfy looking spot for the birds.
I would go with Ursula on the quail business. I only keep one pair in a similar sized aviary and they breed well alone. Too many hens and all you usually get is scattered eggs all over the place and an exhaused uncaring parent in the male as he runs about trying to constantly copulate with all the hens. If you keeping more than one pair make sure there is visual blocks between pairs i.e. log to hide behind etc as if you don't have "nice" boys you come home to a very nasty scene.
If I were you I would be tempted to not get any more bengalese. They are usually not so aggressive and will happily all shack up together and rear young. That way once your's make babies and there may be a hen or two you like you can keep them with unrelated partners.
With as many birds as you have in there, your numbers of young will swell quickly and you may run out of space. Beware the trap of the second aviary. he he
Enjoy!

Boy, Monique I totally could see a second aviary in this situation! LOL. WE know how addicting this finch stuff can be. I started with 7 Society's and Spice finches and now I have two flights and 7 breeding cages with a total of 42 finches of all species. I love the aviary and it being by the house so you can watch the birds. They are a time drain, but so much fun to watch.
