The fountain does create a bit of humidity. Luckily my front screen door stays open and alot of the is able to come into the house.

Mind love kimberly queen ferns also. The ferns do take quite a bit of beating. But it is worth it to see them enjoying so much.

I keep a ficus tree in a large pot in my aviary. My birds like to sit in it and do chew it a little, but it does much better then ferns and spider plants do.

with the purple fountain grass it isnt just the seed heads that the birds are after, if they get a chance they will pull the plant to bits & use it as a nesting material. I have them growing in my aviaries and for 3 months a year they are under a wire basket so that they can recover for the next breeding season.
a safe climber for aviaries is thornless blackberry, birds love the insects that the plant attractsand it is great for creating nesting sites.
geranium's are also safe, my painteds and strawberries love building in them.
Addicted to Finches, yes I do admit it.
I pray they never find a cure.
