Heating an outdoor birdroom

What kind of birds are you planning on putting in the aviary?
Are you also planning on having an outdoor flight attached for the summer months?

Rosey or pink Bourkes parakeets
Blue capped Cordon blues
Pied and non pied parrot finches
Orange breasted waxbills
Button quails
Diamond doves
Canaries
Java sparrows
Star finches
Orange cheeked waxbills.
I'm planning on a really mixed species aviary for the resting period and individual breeding cages for the breeding season. I might cut out a few pairs or add some depending on room, I wouldn't want to get stuck with a ton of babies although I know a few members on here who live close by so I don't think it'll be hard selling the babies.

Hahahah maybe I should get a couple penguins, I won't have to worry about heat and I don't mind sliding on my belly all the time. I like seafood too so it's a win win situation lol.

Yeah it does and here in Canada we have plenty of cold to offer. Lol penguin forum would be fun

I don't think it's even possible because they are endangered and because keeping wild animals is prohibited also PETA would be up my alley forever.

Wow thats a lot of birds! When you say mixed you mean MIXED hahaha. You'd have no problem selling the babies. I'll buy some too I'll even take a couple penguins. I'll teach them how to pull my kids in the sled. Who needs a sled dog when you have sled penguins

Actually I dont know about "pulling" a sled but it would be so much fun sledding down the hills with penguins!!

oh yes i want all the finches i can imagine, i want to turn this room into a place where i can just go and relax, do work or just to sit and think about my day. hahah and of course why not i'd love to sell you some babies and even a penguin or two besides who doesnt love sledding on their bellies it looks like so much fun
