Ok can I keep 2 pair in a cage 25x24x15(inch)?
If not,is there any other larger finch that can keep in a cage that size with a pair of Java,the cage wires are a bit to big to keep smaller finch like zebs/bengallese in

No, not big enough for two pairs.
If they start breeding they will fight.
That cage isn't really big enough to keep four birds,
especially the size of Javas.
