toys for cage

I have a 30x 15 inch cage for two zebra finches. I have two high perches on each end and the two dowels down lower that came with the cage. They have their food and water, another water for bird bathing, a swing with a mirror and spinning toy and a scarecrow looking thing that they can pick apart and pull on.

It looks bare though they do fly around a lot. What else should I add to make it more homey for them?

I would and do add some plastic or fabric plants and flowers from the $ store, as well as a little swing to keep them busy.
