I found this cage on Doctor foster and Smith. It is 24L X 14W X 27H. This cage also comes in 33H and 39H.

Is this a good size cage for 2 female Gouldians? ( I do not plan on getting anymore).

I always say the biggest you can afford. :) I would go wider then taller though with around 18-20 inches being the shortest.
Just curious, why two hens and not two males, especially if your not breeding? The males will get along fine and you get the added color of a male and their song.

Someone told me that 2 females will be quieter than 2 males. I am interested in Silver Billed Finches, Society finches or Gouldian Finches. I have not made my mind up yet.

Does the cage 26 X14X20 sound good? I can get different heights as well. It goes as high as 36 inches tall.

Will finches use the height if I decide to get this size?

Also, there is a cage that is 30X18X18. I am having trouble finding a stand for this size cage. What do you recommend?

Two females will be quieter because they wouldn't be singing. Gouldian hens will not have the bright colors of a male and in my opinion the song is about half as loud as a canary, very pleasant to the ears not sharp or harsh. With hens, especially if not breeding, you may have to deal with them getting egg bound and they chirp. Personally I would rather hear the trilling of a song then the chirp chirp chirp.
Any cage that you can afford and fit in your space around that size will be fine. My birds like to hang out middle of cage to top and then come down to eat and bathe to the bottom. Many times I find them rooting around down on the floor. The height will also help them build strong breast muscles so it wouldn't be a waste.
Let us know which you decide on.
best of luck

They will use the height, if you set up the cage so they need to - put food and water towards the bottom, so they have to fly up and down, as well.

I also had trouble finding a stand locally, for the 30x18 cages. A target they have a metal shelf for $40 that has three adjustable shelves. I set mine with the bottom shelf as low as it can go, and left enough space between the middle and top shelves for a 30x18. (The top shelf is at the highest position) and I put a cage on the top as well. There may be other options, but this was good for what I could get locally.
