5/8 inch spacing Zebra finches

5/8 inch spacing Zebra finches
Is 5/8 inch spacing too big for Zebra finches? I have found an awesome cage for my finches but 5/8 is the smallest it comes in. Online you see all sorts of opinions on it but I thought I would run it by the experts! Thanks for any help! Liz

this sight has a good guide for bar spacing based on the bird species
finches can have 1/4 to 1/2'' 5/8 is fine for larger finches, don't go any larger...for little goldbreast and fire finches you should consider getting 1/4 to 1/2. 5/8 should be fine for zebras.
