What cage part is this? To close breeder holes

I currently have not been able to find a way to attach nest boxes to the breeder holes that come with the HQ cage (advice?) since they are at the very top and allow no room for wires above to put any hooks in.

As I was looking through my stuff I found two of these pieces that appear to be for mounting onto teh side of a cage to cover up any holes. They seem very helpful as I was going to plan on cutting two spots in teh cage and needed something to cover them up when not in use. DOes nayone know what they are called and where I could find more? Pics attached

i use adjustable plastic strips, like the ones you use to secure your luggage, those are very helpfull for everything, including holding the doors of the cage to let me place the outside nest.

I would hesitate to cut holes in either the single or double flight--much easier to adapt those nestbox openings that are already designed in the sides.

I've also used cable ties to attach my nest boxes to my cages. Works really well!!
