Tighten up your cage joints

Just a handy reminder: I was having a little trouble moving my one cage back & forth; found out the screws were loose in the frame. GET OUT YOUR ALLEN WRENCH & check to make sure your joints are tight :) Probably something we should check once a year or so; moving them a lot can loosen the screws it seems. \M/

Thanks for the reminder, Dolly. I have had to tighten mine before too. I noticed it was loose and wondered how it happened. #-o

 I have the ends of two cages tied together with pipe cleaners. I finally picked up zip ties long enough to secure them, but can't remember to do it when I have someone there to help me move them away from the wall to get to the back.

Thanks for the reminder.

I have a Petco Flight for my Zebs and when I bought and "assembled" it I noticed how it seemed flimsy with just a few tabs holding whole sides on so I took ZipTie cable ties and really made it more rigid...

I was scared one would get a toe caught in the gaps...
